Q: WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We’re stand #40 in Booths Corner Farmers Market. If you enter the market through Door 4 or Door 40 you can’t miss us. For directions to Booths Farmers Market go here.
Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT ON MY SCHEDULED PICK UP DATE?
We understand that things come up. If you can’t make it to pick up your order please call and let us know. We’d be happy to help you reschedule for a different day or cancel your reservation.
Q: DOES MY RESERVATION FEE GO TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST OF MY ORDER?
Yes, when we weigh your order at pickup to determine its final price, we will deduct your reservation fee from your order total.
Q: IS MY RESERVATION FEE REFUNDABLE?
Yes, if you call to cancel or reschedule your pickup no later than the day you scheduled it for, we will be happy to refund your reservation fee.
Q: WILL I GET TO CHOOSE MY BIRD AT PICK UP?
Yes, you will be able to choose between the birds we have that fall within the weight range you selected.
Q: HOW MANY LBS SHOULD I ORDER TO SERVE ALL OF MY GUESTS?
Our recommendations vary depending on the type of product (see item listings) but a good rule of thumb is 1 - 1.5 lbs per guest for bone-in items and 0.5 - 0.75 lbs per guest for boneless items.
